I posted on Yelp, but I think Google will get more visability, so I'm going to post here as well. This was an unbelievable experience. Our truck broke down on the highway in the middle of the night in a place neither of us had ever been, and having our car serviced by such honest, hospitable people made a world of difference. The service was fast, it only took a few days to do a huge job. The transmission was replaced and some electrical problems fixed, as well as all fluids topped off and overall rechecked to get back onto the road. I can't stress enough how amazing the service was, and how above and beyond the owner went to make our stay in Royston comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Fantastic people, thank you Radha and Willy for the kindness, conversation, great automotive care and restored faith in good customer service!!!!
While my car was there for a small engine repair, they wrecked it-smashed windshield and ripped off side mirror. They didn't repair it back the way it was , basically rigged the mirror back on with some contraption. Also the windshield was not put on right and now leaks. I don't think they were going to tell me either, my husband went by and saw it all banged up. Then when I went to pay he charged me full price for initial repairs and didn't apologize for wrecking my car. One star is not low enough for this business.
Excellent work, reasonable prices. My go- to guy for general maintenance and repairs.
