Administrative staff failed several times to return phone calls as promised, once I reached out to them 3 hours later they was ready to charge me another full day of service After waiting..on them to callback as agreed.

I called to get break down of towing services of my sons car for one week, Thursday to Thursday was told that was 8 days, even though time is done in 24 hour increments... ANYTIME monies was mentioned the conversation became very combated... I was told 15.00 a day for 8 days (Thursday to Thursday) was 310.00 when asked how "We already told you" what a professional response.

They have inexperienced driver's. Literally wrecks the wrecker! Tattoos/lip rings what drives the trucks. Towed my car had it for 4 days. Couldn't pay tow fee cause it was $590!plus storage per day! Wouldn't let me get my personal belongings without paying the bill..I offered what I had 75$ but instead they kept my car and belongings. Sucks to be me, god bless these folks..
